We’ll review your itinerary for minor adjustments that will eliminate surprises and reduce travel stress. From driver hours of service compliance to individual city travel restrictions, we’ll make sure you’re in the know. For example, motor coaches cannot travel through the French Quarter in New Orleans or on many of the streets surrounding the Capital in Washington D.C.  Building in the extra time, and planning for any restrictions, will make all the difference on your trip. You’ll be prepared.

Once your motor coach operator arrives on your departure day, he or she will greet your group step-side with a smile and positive attitude. He or she will assist you in loading your luggage, and will continue to be your guide through the travel process. You can trust that any unexpected situations will be taken care of. You’ll find the right places, and you’ll always feel comfortable.  Along the way, your driver will know of the “hidden gems,” unique attractions and shopping centers, places to take a rest-stop, and especially where to get the motor coach restroom serviced, there is nothing worse than a smelly toilet. 

Our drivers are adaptable and can navigate when Google map directions turn out to be deceiving or the empire state building causes a GPS to lose its signal. When you are going to a new place, we’ve been there before.
